Heat Cured Silicone Resin

SC2001 heat cured silicone resin is a two-part, general purpose potting and encapsulating compound designed for the protection for electronic devices. It’s soft and flexible resulting in exceptional high temperature properties. These properties make it suitable for use in applications where the operating temperature will be as low as -50°C or up to 225°C. SC2001 is a heat cured silicone and has a simple 1:1 mix ratio for ease of processing.

SC2001 is a thermally conductive silicone resin with excellent flexibility for delicate components. It is also flame retardant making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.
